We are pleased to announce the Winter Safety Transport Initiative (WST Initiative) for 2025. This initiative is aimed at supporting employee safety and improving operational efficiency during the winter months of June, July, and August.
Key Information: ● Application Period: Employees may apply for the WST Initiative during April and May 2025. ● Application Forms: Available on the Staff Portal from 14 April 2025. ● Application Requirements: A valid residential address and contact details must be provided. ● Submit Queries to: Your Line Manager, Branch Manager, or Area Manager. You may also contact HR for additional questions.
How It Works: ● Decision Makers: The Control Room, Scheduler, and Fleet Manager Mark Web will carefully review applications and use discretion to select employees for the WST List. ● Final WST List: Will be confirmed by 23 May 2025. ● Transport Scheduling: Only employees on the WST List will have transport arranged. ● Pickup Point: Drivers will only collect employees midway between the main road and their homes. No home pickups will be allowed. ● Sleep-Out Policy: Employees who are currently required to sleep over at branches or depots must continue to do so as part of their duties.
Please Note: ● This initiative is meant to enhance safety, not for convenience. ● Each application will be judged on its own merit, and only qualifying employees will be included. ● Usage will be monitored, and any abuse or excessive use will impact reapplication for 2026..
