Voluntary Contribution Policy

Updated: Jul 11, 2023

Reason:

Due to a huge request from staff members to automatically deduct money when Wisani/NLA staff pass away, instead of sending out voluntary contribution lists, the company has decided to implement it that should a Wisani/NLA staff member pass away, the amount of R30.00 (thirty rand) will be deducted from all staff as a voluntary contribution for condolences towards the staff members family.

Procedure:

This is a voluntary contribution and not compulsory to any staff member. To make it easier for payroll office it has been decided after many request to implement and automatic deduction. Should you wish to not be added to the deduction, you must indicate in the “do not agree” block, to state that you must not be on the voluntary deduction list. People on this list will then be scratched from the deduction batch and the amount will not be deducted from your salary.

PLEASE NOTE that this deductions are not compulsory at all to any employee.

As from July 2018, should any employee of Wisani/NLA pass away, R30.00 (thirty rand) will be deducted from all staff members without sending out condolence letters as previously were done.

This letter must be read and signed by all staff.
