Verification and Authorization of Locations for Line managers and Financial Collectors

INTRODUCTION
In order to ensure operational efficiency and the integrity of reporting, the location of each Line Manager and Financial Collector must be verified and corrected (if necessary) prior to any staff being dispatched to their assigned locations.
ACTION REQUIRED
1. Verification: Area managers are to review and confirm the Location (captured on Ionbase) of all Line Managers and Financial Collectors within their area of responsibility. This is not a once-off task. It is an ongoing undertaking and must form part of your routine checks. Locations must always be kept accurate and up to date.
2. Authorization: Any changes to the location of Line Managers and Financial Collectors must be authorized by the Area Managers. This must be done no later than 24 hours before the Line Managers or Financial Collector start their shift.
3. Submission process: All changes are to be communicated via email only to the Cash Control Officers (Philisters for Lines) Informal or verbal changes will not be accepted.
