Transforming Giyani Mortuary

Over the past few months, our Giyani Mortuary has undergone a remarkable transformation, leaving us filled with joy and satisfaction. Initially perceived as a simple project, the maintenance team soon realized the extensive work needed. They fearlessly tackled a range of issues, from a damp problem to cracked interior floors, and successfully revitalized the building.

Addressing the Dampness Issue: To combat the persistent dampness, damaged plaster was removed from the exterior walls. Damp ventilation plugs were strategically inserted, and the walls were replastered to restore their integrity and maintain a dry environment.

Restoring Plaster Reveals: Chipped and cracked plaster reveals around the door and window frames were carefully repaired, ensuring a seamless and visually pleasing appearance that harmonizes with the building's overall ambiance.

Repairing Cracked Floors: Cracked floors were diligently repaired by enlarging the cracks and filling them with non-shrink grout. A heavy-duty epoxy coating was then applied to seal the floors, restoring their stability and durability.

Refreshing the Walls: The interior and exterior walls received a fresh coat of paint, bringing a renewed sense of vibrancy to the office. The pristine walls create a comforting backdrop for visitors during difficult times.

Garden Upliftment: The garden was uplifted by removing weeds, overgrowth, and old plants. Fresh, vibrant foliage and carefully placed garden stones were added, creating a serene environment for visitors to find solace.

Embracing Rebranding: Wisani and NLA's new branding was seamlessly integrated into the office, symbolizing a fresh chapter in our service. The entire building was rebranded, aligning it with our renewed vision and commitment to compassionate care.

Enhancing Infrastructure: New carports were added to accommodate our company vehicles, improving convenience and streamlining our operations to better serve bereaved families.
