Teamwork and Assistance with Funeral Decorators

It has come to our attention that some Funeral Drivers are refusing to assist Funeral Decorators with the onloading and offloading of trailers, as well as with decorating funeral sites.

This is unacceptable. At Wisani/NLA, we work as one team, and every member plays an important role in delivering an excellent funeral experience for our clients and their families. Cooperation between drivers, decorators, and the rest of the funeral team is essential to ensure that every funeral is conducted with dignity, efficiency, and professionalism.

Effective immediately: • All funeral drivers are expected to assist decorators with loading and offloading trailers. • Drivers must also assist, where possible, with setting up and decorating funeral sites. • Undertakers are responsible for managing their teams to ensure that everyone contributes equally and appropriately.
