Re-Application for Cellphone Allowance

All staff members currently receiving the R180 cell phone allowance are required to re-apply for the allowance by 15th September 2024 to continue qualifying for this benefit.

Requirements:

1. Valid Contact Information: ○ You must provide a valid WhatsApp phone number and a valid email address. ○ The provided contact details must remain unchanged. ○ Regular checks will be conducted bi-monthly to ensure that you are reachable via WhatsApp, phone, and email. Failure to be reachable will result in a deduction of the allowance from your salary for the previous two months.

2. Proof of Smartphone Ownership: ○ As part of the re-application process, you must submit proof that you possess a smartphone capable of accessing company systems, including TMS, emails, the staff portal, WhatsApp, etc.

3. Group Membership: ○ You must be a member of all relevant groups associated with your position. For example, if you are a driver, you must be part of the drivers' group and any other groups related to your specific tasks.


Please note that any staff who do not re-apply by 15th September 2024 will forfeit the cell phone allowance effective from the end of September 2024. Thank you for your attention to this matter
