This memo serves to inform you about the recent updates to our "Consumables Order Form." We have expanded the form to include a new section for ordering items for the funeral program packing. OVERVIEW 1. Expanded Item Range: The Consumables Order Form now includes the following items for program packaging: ● Candles (box of 150) ● Ribbon (per roll) ● Tissues with stickers (box of 200) ● Plastic sleeves (pack of 100) 2. Order Process: Employees can order these items using the same "Consumables Order Form" used for other supplies. This integration is intended to streamline your ordering process, making it simpler and more efficient. 3.
