New WhatsApp Number for Submitting ID & Proof of residence documents

We are pleased to inform you of an important update pertaining to the submission process for ID & Proof of Residence documents. In our continued efforts to streamline communication and improve processing times, we have introduced a new dedicated WhatsApp Number for Sales & Admin Agents to use to send ID & Proof of residence documents.

OVERVIEW

We are kindly requesting Sales & Admin Agents to please use the following WhatsApp number for Line New Joinings submissions: 015 880 1730 This number is an official channel for submitting ID & Proof of Residence documents. Please note that New Joinings must still be submitted (via email as per Memo: M140) at Branches when Line Managers or Financial Collectors cash-up. What You Need to Do - Save the new number as New Joinings WhatsApp. - When a new client joins, take a picture of his/her ID document (and if available his/her Proof of residence document). - In the “Caption” line, write the Policy number for the New Joining

- Use this number exclusively for sending ID & Proof of Residence documents for New Joinings and Add-on’s. - Ensure that the photos/pictures are clear before sending. - Please do not send queries and communications to this number.
