Memo: Using Dashpay and/or other Company Devices or Systems

Reason for Memorandum:
As we continue to prioritize the security and efficiency of our operations, we would like to bring your attention to a crucial matter concerning the use of Dashpay and other devices/systems within our organization.
It has come to our attention that there have been instances of staff members utilizing these devices/systems without proper training and authorization. This poses serious risks to both the security of our data and the functionality of our systems. In order to address this issue and ensure the safety of our operations, we are hereby issuing a stern reminder and directive:
1. Mandatory Training:
➢ No staff member is permitted to operate Dashpay or any other devices/systems without having received official training from Head Office.
➢ This training is designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to use these technologies effectively and safely.
➢ Engaging with these devices/systems without proper training not only compromises your efficiency but also jeopardizes the integrity of our operations.
2. Unauthorized Usage:
➢ Under no circumstances is any staff member allowed to utilize another staff member's Personal Identification Number (PIN) or password to access devices/systems.
➢ Unauthorized usage of PINs or passwords not only breaches our security protocols but also undermines the trust within our team.
➢ Any such actions will be taken seriously and may lead to immediate dismissal.
