INTRODUCTION
This memorandum is being issued to inform employees of new procedures regarding the updating of banking details for payroll purposes.
Please take note:
In order to prevent fraud and to ensure that salaries are received by the correct persons, the following procedures will be implemented with immediate effect:
A Jotform must be completed for any bank details that needs to be updated. The “Updating of banking details” Jotform can be accessed on the Staff Portal.
No other forms will be accepted for banking details that should be updated.
All “Updating of Banking Details” forms have to be accompanied by an original bank statement or bank confirmation letter. If there is no bank statement or bank confirmation letter attached to the update form, the details will not be updated by the Payroll department.
All changes in banking details must be submitted no later than the 20th of the month. Any changes received later than that will only be updated the following month.
