Memo: Paypoint Traveling & Detours

Reason for Memorandum:
This memorandum is being issued to prevent unnecessary traveling during paypoints for new joinings and/or payments.
Please take note:
Effective immediately, there will be no detours allowed during paypoints for new joinings in remote areas. When contacted by a client in a remote location, please follow the guidelines below:
1. Suggest joining online: Encourage the client to utilize our online joining process, which will provide them with a seamless and efficient experience.
2. Visit the closest branch: If online joining is not feasible for the client, direct them to the nearest branch where they can complete the joining process in person.
3. Coordinate paypoint meet-ups: If you are already scheduled to stop at a paypoint close to the client's location, inform them about the opportunity to meet you there for the joining process.
Please adhere strictly to these guidelines to ensure smooth operations and timely service. If you have any questions or require further assistance, reach out to HR immediately.
