A communication SMS will be sent to all clients using this specific type of payment method informing them that effective 1 JUNE 2024 these payments will not be monitored, and payments will not be allocated to client policies.
Let’s encourage our clients to make use of paying through Pay@ or a Debit order which offer several benefits, including convenience, reliability, and automatic processing, ensuring that their payments are made on time without the need for manual intervention.
