INTRODUCTION
We are excited to announce a significant improvement to our ordering process that will streamline and simplify how you acquire essential supplies. As part of our ongoing commitment to efficiency, we are introducing the updated "Consumables Order Form" on our Staff Portal, replacing the previous "Stationery Order Form."
This revamped order form not only contains the usual stationery items but also includes a broader range of essential supplies. We have added new categories, namely "Cleaning Supplies" and "Mortuary Items," to better cater to your branch or department needs.
OVERVIEW
● Name Update: The "Stationery Order Form" has been renamed the "Consumables Order Form" to accurately reflect the wide range of items available for ordering.
● New Categories: The order form includes two new categories, "Cleaning Supplies" and "Mortuary & Factory Items."
Important Note:
With the introduction of the new "Cleaning Supplies" and "Mortuary & Factory Items" categories, we want to emphasize that all orders for these items must now be placed exclusively through the "Consumables Order Form" on the Staff Portal. We have transitioned away from Vend, email, or telephone orders for these specific items to streamline the process and ensure accurate and efficient fulfillment.
