Memo: Declaration of Passengers on Route Authorisation Form

Reason for Memorandum:

This memorandum is being issued due to changes made on the TMS system

regarding the declaration of passengers when requesting and/or completing the

route authorization form.

Please take note:

• The passenger field on the TMS system when completing a routh authorization form is now set as COMPULSORY.

• You will not be to finalize or complete the Route authorization if this field is not completed

• When completing or requesting a route authorization you MUST add any/all passengers traveling with you.

• You must add the Name and Surname of the employee/passenger

• If you travel alone – add “NONE” in the passenger field.
