INTRODUCTION
This memorandum is being issued to inform employees of leave arrangements for the remainder of the year, as well as for December 2023.
Please take note:
• As December is the busiest month of the year within the company, all employees are encouraged to take their annual leave during the upcoming four months (August to beginning of November).
• Minimum leave will be approved during the month of December, to ensure that there are enough employees on duty for business to continue as usual.
• Normal procedures should be followed when applying for leave and the correct approval needs to be gained from managers / supervisors when applying for leave.
• Managers / Supervisors need to ensure that enough employees are still available for business to not be interrupted during the upcoming months.
