Memo : Branch Manual Receipt Book Capturing

When the manual receipt book gets to capturing stage at branches,
1 (one) person MUST be nominated to capture the receipt book. This will assist us when we pull these capturing reports to indicate who captured the book. (The user who captured the receipt book.)
2 (two) people ARE NOT ALLOWED to capture the receipt book for that specific month, rather please rotate each month so we have less users to select when we pull the reports for auditing and admin control purposes.
Please take this as a clear instruction from the Admin Department.
