We are proud to introduce our new ticket support system! On our portal, you will be able to open new tickets, check status updates and access our knowledge base. Instructions: Send an email to ticket@wisani.co.za with the manner of your request in the subject line and a description of the request in the content of the email. NOTE: Any email address may be used to create a ticket through the email system and a new account will automatically be generated. New emails will receive new login details, so it is best to use only one email address to avoid confusion when creating tickets.
