Fueling procedure for Company Vehicles in Tzaneen Area

Please be advised of the updated procedures regarding the refueling of company vehicles, effective 1 May 2025. These changes are being implemented to streamline our operations and ensure efficient fuel usage across all departments.

The following fueling arrangements will apply:

1. Tzaneen Plot Vehicles All vehicles operating from the Tzaneen plot are to refuel exclusively at VENBECK (Beckatto R71).

2. Granite and Coffin Factory Vehicles

Vehicles assigned to the Granite and Coffin Factory will continue to refuel at BF, as per the current arrangement.

3. Generators

Fueling of generators will remain unchanged and must still be done through an official order and collection at BF.

Please ensure that all relevant staff and drivers are informed of these changes and comply with the new fueling procedures from the effective date.

Should you have any questions or require further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact the Fleet Department.
