FFD COMPENSATION ADJUSTMENT

Dear Team,
We are pleased to inform you of an adjustment to the compensation structure for all Freelance Funeral Decorators (FFDs), which includes those currently serving as Sales Agents and Sales Admin Agents when rendering funeral services.
This revised structure ensures that compensation is fair, consistent, and reflective of the level of service and responsibility required.
Updated Compensation Rates:
Important Notes:
● All funeral decorators, including Sales Agents and Sales Admin Agents performing funeral duties, will now fall under the FFD (Freelance Funeral Decorator) classification.
● The R195 compensation previously applicable to Sales Agents and Sales Admin Agents for funerals will no longer apply. These individuals will now be compensated according to the new FFD rates.
● This change is intended to promote operational efficiency and to align compensation structures across all funeral service roles.
