1. INTRODUCTION We are pleased to announce that, with effect from this week, ALL funerals will be served with Coca-Cola.

As part of this change, fruit juices will no longer be provided at any funerals.

To ensure consistency, control, and proper stock management across all branches, the following procedures will apply with immediate effect:

2. COLLECTION PROCEDURES 2.1 All Branches (EXCEPT Tzaneen Branches)

  • Coca-Cola and water must be collected from the Coca-Cola Depot at the NLA Coffin Factory in Tzaneen.

  • This applies to:

o All Society funerals

o All upgraded funerals (excluding Platinum, Supreme, and Diamond)

  • Stock collection will be coordinated and managed by:

o Ferdi (Coffin Factory Manager)

o Joe (Coffin Factory Supervisor)

  • IMPORTANT:

Branches are NO LONGER permitted to collect Coca-Cola or water from the Plot.

2.2 Tzaneen Branches

  • All Coca-Cola and water must be collected from the Plot ONLY.

  • This applies to:

o ALL funeral types (no exceptions)

  • IMPORTANT:

Tzaneen branches are NOT allowed to collect from the depot at the Coffin Factory.

2.3 Platinum, Supreme, and Diamond Funerals (ALL Branches)

  • Coca-Cola and water must be collected from the Plot ONLY, regardless of branch location.

3. WEEKLY STOCK CONTROL

  • All branches are required to conduct a weekly stock count of Coca-Cola.

  • Stock reports must be submitted:

o Every Monday

o No later than 10:00 AM

o To: joe@wisani.co.za and CC ferdi@wisani.co.za

  • NO EXCEPTIONS will be allowed.

3. COMMUNICATION AND COMPLIANCE Branch Managers are responsible to:

  • Ensure that all relevant staff members are informed of these new procedures.

  • Pay specific attention to Drivers, as they will be responsible for collections.

  • Ensure full compliance with the above processes.

This change is an important step in improving consistency and service delivery across all our funerals.

Your cooperation in implementing these procedures effectively is appreciated. Warm regards

Lindie Lucas
