Calling Branches Using Ring Groups

1. INTRODUCTION

To improve communication efficiency between branches and limit external branch-to branch calls that cost the company, please note the following update regarding internal calls:


If you do not know the specific extension number of the person you wish to contact, you can now call the Ring Groups directly from your handset. Each Ring Group corresponds to a specific branch or department. When dialed, the call will ring through to all available phones in that branch or department until someone answers.


2. OVERVIEW

How to Use:

• For quick assistance, dial the Ring Group extension from your handset.

• To find individual staff extensions, use the directory search function on your handset.

• These Ring Groups ensure that someone in the branch picks up your call promptly.



For any technical issues or assistance with the phone directory, please contact the IT Department.
