Assistance with Scanning and Submitting New Joinings & Add-on Documents

To improve efficiency and maintain accurate, up-to-date records at Head Office, we are implementing a support process involving 1st Tier Checkers at Branch level. This process will help streamline the submission of New Joinings & Add-on documentation and reduce delays in policy activation and the submission of the New Joinings & Add-on statistics to the Payroll Department and ensure timely capturing.
OVERVIEW
Effective immediately, all 1st Tier Checkers are kindly requested to assist Line Managers and Financial Collectors by: 1. Scanning all New Joinings & Add-on (Application form, ID Copy, New Registration Receipt, Top-Up and Tombstone Add-on form.) 2. Ensuring documents are complete and legible 3. The scanned documents must be emailed to sharon@wisani.co.za daily This support is essential in ensuring that New Joinings & Add-on applications are processed without unnecessary delay and that all documentation complies with our data management standards.
